  2.        My Program has the following pricing.
  3.        1- 10 single user licenses, $30 per user
  4.       A Site License costs $600 (roughly equal to 20 users) and covers all locations
  5.        for your organization within a 160 kilometer radius of your site (100 miles).
  6.        One big advantage of a Site License is that you do not need to keep track of
  7.        how many people at your site are using the software. 
  8.        A World-Wide License costs $2000 and it covers all locations for your
  9.        organization on the planet earth.

  11.        Paying for My Program is fairly simple. Open the Register program that
  12.        accompanies My Program. Enter your name, your email address, and the
  13.        number of single user licenses you desire for each program you wish to
  14.        purchase (or Site or Word-Wide licenses). Save or Copy or Print the data from
  15.        the Register program and send the data and payment to Kagi. More specifics
  16.        on the Register program to follow. Kagi handles my payment processing.

  18.        If paying with Credit Card or First Virtual, you can email or fax the data
  19.        to Kagi. Their email address is sales@kagi.com and their fax number is +1
  20.        510 652-6589. You can either Copy the data from Register and paste into the
  21.        body of an email message or you can Save the
  22.        data to a file and you can attach that file to an email message. There is no need
  23.        to compress the data file, it's already pretty small. If you have a fax modem,
  24.        just Print the data to the Kagi fax number.

  26.        Payments sent via email are processed within 3 to 4 days. You will receive an
  27.        email acknowledgement when it is processed. Payments sent via fax take up to
  28.        10 days and if you provide a correct internet email address you will receive an
  29.        email acknowledgement.

  31.        If you are paying with Cash or USD Check you should print the data using
  32.        the Register application and send it to the address shown on the form, which
  33.        is:

  41.        You can pay with a wide variety of cash from different countries but at present
  42.        if you pay via check, it must be a check drawn in US Dollars. Kagi cannot
  43.        accept checks in other currencies, the conversion rate for non-USD checks is
  44.        around USD 15 per check and that is just not practical.
  45.        If you have a purchasing department, you can enter all the data into the
  46.        Register program and then select Invoice as your payment method. Print
  47.        three copies of the form and send it to your accounts payable people. You
  48.        might want to highlight the line that mentions that they must include a copy of
  49.        the form with their payment. 
  50.        Kagi can not invoice your company, you need to act on my behalf and
  51.        generate the invoice and handle all the paperwork on your end. 
  52.        Please do not fax or email payment forms that indicate Cash, Check or Invoice
  53.        as the payment method. As far as we know, there is still no technology to
  54.        transfer physical objects via fax or email and without the payment, the form
  55.        cannot be processed.
  56.        Payments send via postal mail take time to reach Kagi and then up to 10 days
  57.        for processing. Again, if you include a correct email address, you will hear
  58.        from Kagi when the form is processed.
  59.        Protection
  60.        My Program has a protection scheme and when you pay, we tell you how to
  61.        indicate to My Program that you have paid the registration fee. If you do not
  62.        have an email address, please enter your complete postal address and please
  63.        remember, we do not know what country you live in so please enter that into
  64.        the postal address also. 
  65.        Assuming that Kagi provides the user with the registration code:
  66.        If you do not have an email address you should consider selecting the Postcard
  67.        Receipt so that Kagi can inform you of your registration code. Kagi transmits
  68.        the registration codes via email and paid postcard receipt only.
